Shannon believes that Walt is on the island and begins searching for him. With Sawyer near death, Ana Lucia and the tail section survivors travel to the camp of the fuselage survivors. Mistaking Shannon for one of the Others, Ana Lucia shoots and kills Shannon. In flashbacks, Shannon deals with her father's death.
